밸류스(VALUES)는 대한민국 경주에서 한 사람이 운영하는 작은 상점입니다. 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 제10조에 따라 아래와 같이 알려 드립니다.
밸류스가 파는 것은 네 가지입니다.
카드로 결제하시는 상품(프로그램과 AI 사무직원)은 국내·해외를 가리지 않고 모두 Paddle(Paddle.com Market Limited, 영국)을 통해 처리됩니다. Paddle은 단순한 결제 대행이 아니라 기록상의 판매자(Merchant of Record)입니다. 즉 카드 결제 건의 영수증과 세금 처리는 Paddle 이름으로 이루어지고, 카드 명세서에도 Paddle이 찍힙니다. 밸류스는 손님의 카드 번호를 보지도, 저장하지도 않습니다.
책은 아직 카드 결제 창을 쓰지 않습니다. 책방에서 원하는 책의 주문 단추를 누르면 미리 적힌 편지가 열리고, 그 편지를 보내 주시면 값 치르는 방법을 답장으로 알려 드립니다. 그래서 책은 밸류스가 직접 파는 것이고, 책에 관한 계약 상대는 Paddle이 아니라 밸류스입니다.
AI 사무직원은 한 달 단위로 이어지는 구독입니다. 그만두고 싶으시면 ranger7903@nate.com으로 “구독을 그만두겠습니다” 한 줄만 보내 주시면 됩니다. Paddle이 보내 드린 결제 안내 편지 안의 구독 관리 링크에서 직접 해지하셔도 됩니다.
구매한 라이선스 키는 본인만 사용하며, 제3자에게 판매·양도·배포할 수 없습니다. 프로그램을 역설계하거나 라이선스 확인 로직을 우회하는 행위는 금지됩니다.
책은 복사 방지를 걸지 않았습니다. 손님이 가진 기기 여러 대에 옮겨 두고 읽으셔도 되고, 종이에 뽑아 읽으셔도 됩니다. 다만 사지 않은 분에게 파일을 나누어 주거나 인터넷에 올려 두는 것은 안 됩니다. 믿고 잠그지 않은 것이니, 그 믿음만 지켜 주시면 됩니다.
환불 조건은 별도의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 프로그램, 책, 구독은 각각 조건이 다르니 그 페이지를 봐 주세요.
밸류스의 도구는 개인 업무를 돕기 위한 목적으로 만들어졌으며, 특정 목적에 대한 완전한 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다. 도구 사용으로 발생한 간접적 손해에 대해 밸류스는 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.
본 약관은 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 이 페이지에 게시된 시점부터 적용됩니다.

VALUES is a one-person shop based in Gyeongju, South Korea. Under Article 10 of Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, here are our details.
Four things.
Everything paid for by card — the programs and the AI 사무직원 subscription — goes through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited, United Kingdom), for Korean and international cards alike. Paddle is not merely a payment gateway: it is the Merchant of Record, meaning the receipt and the tax handling for card purchases are in Paddle's name, and Paddle is what appears on your card statement. VALUES never sees or stores your card number.
Books do not go through the card checkout yet. On the bookstore page, the order button opens a pre-written email; send it and we reply with how to pay. So books are sold directly by VALUES, and for books your contract is with VALUES, not with Paddle.
The subscription renews month by month. To stop it, send one line — "구독을 그만두겠습니다" — to ranger7903@nate.com, or use the subscription-management link in the receipt email Paddle sent you.
A purchased licence key is for your own use only and may not be resold, transferred, or shared. Reverse-engineering the software or bypassing licence checks is not permitted.
The books carry no DRM. Put them on as many of your own devices as you like, or print them. Just don't pass the files to people who haven't bought them, or post them publicly. We left the door unlocked on purpose; please keep that trust.
Refunds are handled under our separate Refund Policy. Programs, books and the subscription each have their own terms there.
VALUES tools are built to help with everyday personal or small-business tasks and are provided without a guarantee of fitness for every specific purpose. VALUES is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the software, except where caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
