Why isn't the bank account printed here?
A bank number sitting on a public page lets somebody impersonate us and collect the money. So we send it by reply only. Our mail always comes from ranger7903@nate.com — anything else is not us.
4 · Tax documents — please read first
We cannot issue a Korean tax invoice (세금계산서).
VALUES is registered as a simplified taxpayer (간이과세자), and Korean law does not allow a simplified taxpayer to issue one. We say so here, before you file anything, rather than after your purchase request has been approved.
What we can give you instead:
- Statement of account (거래명세서) — stamped, sent straight away.
- Cash receipt for expense proof (지출증빙용 현금영수증) — issued for the amount transferred.
Tell us in your email which you need. If your accounting office requires a tax invoice specifically, please check with them first whether an expense-proof cash receipt is accepted.

More than twenty computers?
Then we stop counting machines and quote the organization as a whole. Just tell us roughly how many.
Our forms are unusual — will it work?
Send one file by email. We run it for real and tell you. If it fails we fix it. Check before you buy.
What if it doesn't fit after all?
Full refund within 7 days if the licence key has not been activated; and any time at all if it will not install or does not match the description. See the refund policy.
Our network is closed — no internet.
That is fine. VALUES tools run entirely on the machine and send nothing out.
